To bean or not to bean

We finally have the long-awaited and much anticipated fava beans! Get them while you can because their season will be gone before you know it. So what’s the big deal about these colorful beans? Legend has it if you carry fava beans with you, you’ll never be hungry! For more about fava beans, read the latest piece from NOLA.com’s Ann Maloney.
