Top Chef Season Five chef’testant Radhika Desai and Season Four’s Richard Blais appeared at our Crescent City Farmers Market this Tuesday with three live interactive demo shows.
The visit was a great success with a busy market and clear blue skies. Shoppers were able to pick up their groceries and stop by the Top Chef tent for live demos and interactive games. One demo show featured a foie gras ice cream and a black sesame seed sponge cake with a rootbeer reduction sauce - safe to try at home but results may vary!
