Anita deBoisblanc of White Wood Farms has recently joined our Thursday market with her artisanal jams, jellies, marmalades, preserves, and butters. Catch her this week and every other Thursday, as well as most Saturdays. Anita uses Louisiana grown fruit picked (and usually personally hand-picked) at the height of its season.

We're sadly nearing the end of citrus season. A&K Citrus will be at market until mid-month, so come get your fill. Freeze freshly squeezed citrus juice in ice trays for quick smoothies or cocktails year-round. This late in the season, store fresh citrus in the refrigerator maintain freshness as the season wanes.
