Happy National Farmers Market Week!

Fresh & Local

That’s right people, it’s officially National Farmers Market Week and we can’t contain our excitement about it! Help us celebrate all week long, August 2nd – 8th, as we join thousands of markets from around the country in celebration of all that we love about farmers markets. You’ll be able to find activities happening at all four markets this week from tastings, to raffles, kids activities and more! What is it you love most about farmers markets? Getting to know your producer and where your food is from? Learning and sharing recipes and growing techniques? Meeting new friends and reuniting with old neighbors? There’s so much to love, but we want to know what YOU love most about the market. All week long you can share your reasons for loving the market with us on Twitter (@ccfmtweets) or Instagram (@crescentcityfarmersmkt) with the hashtag #FarmMktWk for a chance to win a summer produce basket filled with CCFM staff favorites from around market! Be sure to come on out and celebrate with us, and Happy National Farmers Market Week!
