Fresh & Local

Even farmers need a break! Market will be closed Thursday 12/24, Saturday 12/26, Wednesday 12/30 and Thursday 12/31. Tuesday, December 22nd may very well be the best market of the year. We’ve got tons of great seasonal goods that compliment any holiday celebration: brussel sprouts, citrus, crab, pralines, goat cheese, pie, strawberries, and much more. What more, you ask? How about the KIPP Believe Symphonic Band playing holiday tunes and Second Harvest collecting produce donations for families in our community that need food for the holidays. Join us for some holiday cheer.

Pick of the Week:
Poché Family Farm!

We’d like to shine our market spotlight on Poché Family Farm, some of the kindest folks around. Their dedication to clean, wholesome produce speaks for itself. And to keep their success going, we’re asking that you cast your vote for them to win a grant which will help them build new high tunnels to ensure the consistency of delectable local produce year-round. You can vote EVERYDAY through the end of the year.

Tuesday’s Green Plate Special

La Cocinita is pulling up to market this Tuesday morning so get your forks ready. Vendors and shoppers alike can’t resist the tender meats, flavor-packed sauces, and traditional Latin flavors.
