Shout-out to St James Cheese Company!

Fresh & Local

Even farmers need a break! Market will be closed Wednesday the 30th and Thursday the 31st of December. Richard and Danielle, the team behind St James Cheese Company, have a knack for discovering the crème de la crème. Their endless support of CCFM proves the quality of our hardworking producers’ bounty. To return the favor for acknowledging our vendors’ excellence, we’d like to congratulate the St James Cheese Company crew on their new store in the Warehouse District, a block away from our Saturday Market! And be sure to check out one of their other stellar projects, Continental Provisions, in the French Market next to our Wednesday Market.

Tuesday’s Green Plate Special

Stop by the Tuesday market to say adios to the Latin flavors of La Cocinita as their month at market comes to an end. If you can’t get enough of their tasty tacos, find them weekly at our Thursday market.

Recipe of the Week

There’s kale aplenty at market so get experimental! In a salad, sautéed to perfection, blended into a hearty pesto, accouterment to round out a burger, you name it. How about in a robust soup?
