Meet Amazing People at the Market!

Fresh & Local

Eggplant comes in all shapes and sizes. Some popular varieties at market right now include black nadia, fairy tale, snowy, and Japanese long. Each has a distinct taste and texture, but they all provide plenty of antioxidants. Check out the Delgado Dietetic students’ cooking demo on Tuesday to learn how to make Grilled Ratatouille.
