Fresh & Local

Thank you! Thank you to everyone who attended and supported our annual fundraiser, Moonlight Market. With your support, we were able to raise funds to keep our markets open and growing. Thank you to our sponsors, our patrons, our restaurant and bar partners, our incredible vendors, and all of you in the Crescent City Farmers Market community. We couldn't do it without you!

pick of the week

Pick of the Week:

We have a new vendor at the Thursday market who has lamb meat! Swing by 3700 Orleans Ave. on Thursdays between 3 p.m. and 7 p.m. and look for Our Family Farm.

The citrus game is strong at all of our markets this time of year. We’ve been eating them nonstop since they came around. Satsumas are good for your immune system, digestive health, and keeping your skin and hair healthy and strong. Reap the many benefits of this delicious citrus.

Red Gravy

Recipe of the Week:
Savory Sweet Potato Bread Pudding

Not only is this recipe delicious, but nearly every ingredient can be purchased from our markets. It's been tested by our Director of Markets Angelina Harrison, and she approves!
