National Sandwich Day is a holiday worth observing! Celebrate the day at our market this Thursday, November 3rd from 3 - 7 p.m. with cooking demonstrations and sandwich samples. Frencheeze Food Truck will be cooking up a storm with fresh and local ingredients to create sandwiches. RSVP here!

Pick of the Week: SOFAB

This Saturday, November 5th, the Southern Food and Beverage Museum will be at the Crescent Farmer’s Market with mini cookbooks for your kids to decorate! All four recipes have been tried and tasted by kids in SoFAB’s monthly Kids in the Kitchen programs or the Summer Kids Culinary Camp. See them from 8 a.m. - 12 noon at the Saturday market this week!

Tofu and Broccoli Stir Fry

Broccoli is in season, so stir fries are a natural fit for dinner! We shopped the market and used VEGGI Farmers Cooperative tofu with broccoli to make a healthy and family-friendly meal.
