Foil Packet Baked Catfish

This week’s recipe is courtesy of a CCFM shopper! Instagram user @tineshealthylife used ingredients all found at the market to create a delicious dinner. While she chose to use catfish, the recipe can be adapted for drum, chicken, or even steak!


  • 1 lb catfish from Pete & Clara’s Seafood
  • 4 tbsp butter from Country Girl’s Creamery
  • A pinch of cayenne pepper from Spicy Lady Spices and Seasonings
  • 1 tbsp creole seasoning from Spicy Lady Spices and Seasonings
  • 1/4 cup of green, red, yellow peppers, chopped


Preheat the oven to 350. Place catfish filets over a sheet of aluminum foil. Melt butter and brush it over the catfish fillets. Spread seasoning evenly. Spoon pepper mixture over the fillets. Wrap tightly, bake at 350 degrees for about 13-15 minutes, or until fish flakes.
