It’s Thanksgiving week, y’all!

Everything you need to make your Thanksgiving dinner a smashing success can be found at the Crescent City Farmers Market! There will be green beans for casseroles, cornmeal for stuffing, and plenty of collards to round out your side dishes. You’ll find sweet potatoes, Seminole pumpkins, and frozen blueberries to make pies, and many types of pies already prepared! Unsure what to cook this year? Ask our vendors for their favorite Thanksgiving dish preparation.

Dine out for a cause

Don’t forget! We teamed up with the Dickie Brennan Company to bring you special Dining Out days at both Tableau and Palace Café! We have a special guest appearance from Fete au Fete lined up for this week. Their seasonally fresh menu rotates with poboys, muffalettas, and comfort favorites like grits and red beans. Enjoy them Tuesday from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at 200 Broadway Street.

Recipe of the Week:
Stuffed Mirliton with Shrimp and Crabmeat

It’s mirliton season! This week we’re stuffing mirlitons with Gulf Coast shrimp and Louisiana crabmeat using a recipe from our friends at Broussard’s. Add this dish to your Thanksgiving menu and your guests will surely be delighted.
