Baking 504, Mayhew Made, Rivista, and Windfield Bakery will all be bringing their king cake creations to the market! Flavors will range from traditional to french to local fruit filled. Purple brussels sprouts are back at market thanks to Tony Accardo, the farmer behind Louisiana Gourmet Produce. Use it as an opportunity to celebrate Mardi Gras with purple, gold, and green vegetables! Catch him on Wednesdays and Saturdays!
