Pick of the Week:
Shisito peppers

Shisito peppers are a sweet, East Asian variety of peppers that can be grown in our region. They’re slender and roughly the size of your finger. Shisitos are delicious and nutritious and can be found on the display table of Poche Family Farm. But be careful - about one out of every ten peppers is spicy!

Recipe of the Week:
Sauteed Shishito Peppers

This shishito recipe is the latest addiction of our Communication Coordinator, Amanda. Cook the peppers up for a summer side or afternoon snack. With only four ingredients, you’ll be in awe of how something so simple can taste so good!
