Roasted Cauliflower

Behold Market Manager Cristina’s recipe for roasted cauliflower. This is my go-to recipe almost every time, which is a lot because I love this cold weather crop. While I am sure the recipe originated somewhere or is identical to pretty much every roasted cauliflower, I have prepared it so many times that I do not recall where it was discovered.   • 1 head of cauliflower
  • Salt & pepper
  • Olive oil
  • 1 clove of minced garlic
  • Oregano


  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees
  2. Chop cauliflower into rather largish florets
  3. Spread onto baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil
  4. Sprinkle salt, pepper, garlic, and a bit of oregano
  5. Give the pan a shake
  6. Roast for 30 minutes
  7. Enjoy
