Our Thursday market will be closed this week for Thanksgiving, but we’ll be back next week! Remember, our Thursday market stays open year-round until 7:00pm to best serve you. We’re thankful to be nearing the close of our second year back at the American Can Company and are happy to say that our Thursday market is better than ever. Get a jump start on your holiday shopping at this Saturday’s market with a signed copy of Ellen Sweet’s Stirring it Up with Molly Ivins. You likely know Molly Ivins as an unabashed Civil Libertarian and a professional Texan, but did you know that she was also a very accomplished cook? Her longtime friend and often sous chef Ellen Sweet presents the private side to the public persona in her new book, which she’ll sign at the market from 9:00am to noon. Saturday afternoon Ellen will give a presentation and sign books at Octavia Books beginning at 3:00pm.
