4 inches of cucumber
2 leave of kale
1 small or one half of a large beet
1 apple, quartered and seeds removed
1 tsp or a nob of fresh turmeric
1 tsp or a nob of fresh ginger
1 stalk of celery
1/4 of a Meyers lemon
optional: 1/4 head of romaine lettuce
Put all of the ingredients through an electric juicer and enjoy immediately.
