     Title: Fruit and Yogurt Parfaits

Serves 2

Serving size: 1 parfait

Ingredients

½ cup Strawberries

½ cup Blueberries

8 ounces low-fat vanilla yogurt

½ cup granola

1 tablespoon sliced almonds or walnuts

Cinnamon

*This recipe can be made with any seasonal fruit

 

Directions

  1. Wash and chop fruit.
  2. Spoon a layer of yogurt into a dish.   Add layer of mixed fruit.
  3. Add layer of yogurt; top with granola and nuts.
  4. Sprinkle cinnamon and serve.
