     Title: Kale Chips

Serves 6

Serving size: 1/3 cup



1 large bunch of kale

2 tablespoons olive oil

2 tablespoons vinegar

Salt and pepper



  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Wash and roughly chop the kale.
  3. Mix the olive oil, vinegar and kale together in a large bowl.
  4. Place the kale on a large cookie sheet or two.  Do not let the kale leaves overlap.
  5. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.  Bake for 10 minutes.
  6. Stir the kale.  Bake for an additional 5-10 minutes until the kale is crispy but not brown or burnt looking.



*Cooking time will vary based on the water content of the kale.
