     Title: Strawberry Smoothie

When strawberries are in season, why not buy a bunch and freeze a bag or two for smoothies!



Serves 1-2

Serving size: 1 cup

 

Ingredients:

1 cup frozen strawberries

1 cup yogurt

¼ - ½ cup of dairy milk, soy milk, or almond milk

Handful of mint leaves

1 tablespoon brown sugar or honey, optional

 

Directions

  1. Blend all ingredients together and enjoy!
