Serving size: 1 ½ cups

 

Ingredients:

1 cup frozen blueberries

2 cups fresh spinach

1 frozen banana

1 cup milk, soy milk or almond milk

Handful of fresh mint (optional)

 

Directions:

  1. Blend all ingredients and enjoy!
