     Title: Sautéed Snap Peas

Serves 6

Serving size: ½ cup

 

Ingredients:

1 ½ pounds snap peas

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 ½ teaspoon salt

¾ teaspoon black pepper

Sea salt to taste

 

Directions:

  1. Cut stems from snap peas.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large saucepan over medium heat.  Add the snap peas, salt, and pepper.  Sir occasionally for 3-5 minutes, or until the snap peas are tender.
  3. Remove from heat and place in serving bowl.  Sprinkle with sea salt if desired.
