     Title: Balsamic Roasted Brussels Sprouts

Serves 8

Serving size: ½ cup

 

Ingredients:

2-3 cups Brussels sprouts, cut in half

3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar

3 tablespoons olive oil

Salt and pepper to taste

 

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Mix together the balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper.  Slowly mix in the olive oil.
  3. Drizzle over the Brussels sprouts and gently toss to coat.
  4. Bake for 25 minutes, turning once, until lightly browned.
