     Title: Roasted Garlic Lemon Broccoli

Serves 6

Serving size: ½ cup



2 heads broccoli separated into florets

2 teaspoons olive oil

1 teaspoon sea salt

½ teaspoon black pepper

1 clove garlic, minced

½ teaspoon lemon juice



  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. In a large bowl, toss broccoli florets with olive oil, sea salt, pepper, and garlic.  Spread broccoli into single layer on cookie sheet.
  3. Bake until florets are tender, about 15-20 minutes.  Remove and transfer to a serving bowl.  Drizzle with lemon juice before serving.
