     Title: Sautéed Kale

Serves 6-8

Serving size: ½ cup

 

Ingredients:

4 cups chopped kale

¼ cup chopped onion

2 tablespoons chopped garlic

1 tablespoon olive oil

Water

Salt and pepper to taste

 

Directions:

  1. Sauté onions in olive oil, then add raw chopped kale and a few tbsp. water.
  2. Cover and cook until kale become tender, about 8 minutes.
  3. Uncover for a few minutes.  Add salt and pepper to taste.
