New produce is popping up at markets! Find corn, peppers, scapes, dragon tongue beans, garlic, onions, and eggplant this time of year. In a couple weeks, you’ll start to see okra and watermelon, too! The recipe options are endless for this bountiful new group of crops. Ask your vendors for their favorite preparations to learn something new in the kitchen!

Peanut Butter

Peanut butter made by Country Girl Creamery is now at our markets! Pick some up at our Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday markets. Just add jam to a vendor baguette and you have a match made in heaven.

Our very own Spicy Lady has introduced teas to her repertoire! She has organic herbal teas, locally sourced with foraged ingredients. She even grows her own hibiscus and roses! Find the teas at Tuesday, Wednesday, and Saturday markets.

Pepper Lantern

Pepper Lantern is back again with their healthy and locally sourced dishes. They champion “rainbow cuisine” meaning their products are colorful, full of nutrients, and sourced from gardens and farms. Check them out Tuesdays at 200 Broadway from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. in May!
