About Market Umbrella

We’re a community-rooted nonprofit supporting Southeast Louisiana’s foodways, culture, and economy through farmers markets, education, and access programs. Greaux the Good is our state-funded nutrition incentive program that empowers farmers and families by boosting access to local foods through SNAP and FMNP matches. It’s growing — and so is our team! 

What You’ll Do

As the Greaux the Good Program Manager, you’ll help power the daily operations of this impactful program. You’ll coordinate with partners, support communications, track reimbursements, and keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes! 

  • Manage day-to-day logistics, communications, and reporting
  • Support partners with onboarding, compliance, and tech assistance
  • Coordinate meetings, trainings, and site visits across Louisiana
  • Lead reimbursement processing and documentation
  • Design materials using Canva and manage program content online
  • Engage via email, social media, and phone with community members
  • Keep records and data squeaky clean 

You Bring...

  • 3–5 years of program management or admin experience (or a degree in a related field)
  • Strong organization and multitasking skills
  • Canva, Google Workspace, and Zoom expertise
  • Communication finesse — verbal and written
  • Confidence working independently and collaboratively
  • A passion for food access, community, and equity

Bonus points for:

  • Spanish or Vietnamese fluency 
  • Experience with evaluations, public speaking, or bookkeeping
  • Comfort navigating Squarespace and digital content creation
