They dream up fresh, affordable plate lunches that showcase the local, seasonal ingredients available at the CCFM. Meet a friend for lunch, or pick up dinner & take a night off from cooking.

It’s been a treat having Carrollton Market with us every Tuesday under the GPS tent. This week they’ll be dishing out some market fresh gazpacho, so be sure to come on out and grab a cup or two!

Staff and shoppers alike are still clamoring over the delicious roasted lamb sandwiches that Carrollton Market was dishing out under the GPS tent last week. We can’t wait to see what lunch specials they come up with tomorrow. Be sure to come on out and have a plate with us!

We’re so happy to have Carrollton Market under the Green Plate Special tent with us all month long! The market-fresh chicken salad sandwiches were delicious last week. Can’t wait to see what Chef Jason and crew whip up for us!

We’re pumped to welcome Carrollton Market back as our GPS vendors for the month of March! Chef Jason Goodenough and his team at Carrollton Market have been big market supporters since the opening of their fine Riverbend restaurant in March of last year, sourcing much of their produce, seafood and dairy from the market. If you show up to market around 9am on the average Tuesday you’re sure to see Jason or a member of the Carrollton Market team carrying out fresh food by the armload. If you show up early this Tuesday, you won’t just see Jason shopping for the restaurant but for the GPS tent too! That’s right, the menu will be fresh and it will be tasty so be sure to come on out tomorrow and all this month and have some lunch with Carrollton Market!
