Green Plate Special

Check out our weekly Green Plate Special at the Tuesday Market. Each month, we invite a local chef, or sometimes one of our very own market vendors, to be our chef-in-residence. These chefs dream up fresh, affordable plate lunches that showcase the local, seasonal ingredients available at our market. Meet a friend for lunch, or pick up dinner and take a night off from cooking. The city's top chefs shop at the market. Stop by and meet them at the Green Plate Special tent.

February 2010 

This month we welcome the lovely chef Anne Churchill of Karma Kitchen to the Green Plate Special tent. It seems like whenever we talk to Anne, she's just back from a new adventure, whether it was a trip to some exotic location or six months on tour with the Dave Matthews Band (her samosas and walnut-lentil dip were particular favorites). Talk to Anne this Tuesday about her personal chef services, cooking classes and private catering.
