Check out our weekly Green Plate Special at the Tuesday Market. Each month we invite a local chef to be our chef-in-residence. They dream up fresh, affordable plate lunches that showcase the local, seasonal ingredients available at the CCFM. Meet a friend for lunch, or pick up dinner & take a night off from cooking. The city's top chefs shop at the Market. Each month, they also take turns cooking there too.

April 22nd Menu

Domenica’s lunch menus have been pleasing both shoppers and staff alike this month. We’re expecting this week’s fare will do the same: Benton bacon and fried Progress Farms eggs on a Ryals Goat Cheddar biscuit, or pickled root vegetable and Ryals goat cheese salad. For dessert try a tasty bruschetta with Ryals Labneh, strawberries and honey, or chocolate custard & cake. Be sure to come on out and grab some lunch with us!

April 15th Menu

Domenica rocked it last week with their lunch menu! We heard people talking about their Smoked Trout bruschetta all day. This week’s menu is looking mighty fine too: Hot Sausage and Ryals Farm House Cheddar biscuit, Shaved Brussels Sprout Salad, Spinach, Tomato and Ryals Asiago frittata, Braised Greens, Polenta and Cotechino, and Robertas Strawberry Galette. Be sure to come out hungry on Tuesday!

April 8th Menu

We’re so glad that Domenica will be with us for the rest of April as our GPS vendors! They’re menu looked great last week, and it’s looking just a good this week: Crab Ravigote biscuit, Cucumber, tomato and feta salad, Broccoli And Ryals Cheddar frittata, Smoket Trout bruschetta, and Progress Farms Buttermilk Chocolate Cupcakes. Be sure to come out hungry on Tuesday!

April 1st Menu

We’re excited to welcome Domenica back to market as our GPS vendors for the month of April. They’ve got some delicious lunch menus worked out, including this weeks line-up of Boiled Crawfish with Spring Onion Aioli on a biscuit, Pickled Shrimp and Spring Onion salad, Spring Onion and Goat Cheese frittata, Ryals Lamb Bolo and Tahini bruschetta, and Vintage Garden Carrots & Ginger Mini Carrot Cakes w/ Progress Farms Cream Cheese Frosting. For the next five weeks at our Tuesday market, come hungry and plan to hang out and have some lunch with Domenica!
