Mizuna Myoga Salad

This week's recipe is a Mizuna Myoga Salad. Say that three times fast! In this week's CCFM Box home delivery through Top Box, we had mizuna from the Indian Springs Farmers Association. Mizuna is a Japanese mustard green that is easy to love and easy to prepare!

  • 5 oz. mizuna
  • 1 tsp. ginger
  • 6 shiso leaves (you can substitute the herb of your choice!)

  • 1 tbsp. ground sesame seeds
3 tbsp. ponzu or rice vinegar
    1 tbsp. soy sauce
    1 tbsp. sesame oil

  1. Prepare the mizuna by cutting it into 1-inch pieces. Mince garlic and herbs.
  2. Mix ingredients for the dressing in a small bowl.
  3. In a medium bowl, combine the mizuna, ginger, and shiso (or other herbs!). Drizzle with the dressing Enjoy!
