Directions
Make rice.
Season diced chicken breasts or shrimp with salt and pepper, and brown them in a pan with hot oil.
Dump in a jar of Gingerbooch's traditional kimchi. Warm through and finish cooking the chicken or shrimp.
Give it a big drink of soy sauce and a little drink of sesame oil.
Serve over rice. Done!
