Black Creek Farm
Started by Mike Juneau and his wife Christina back in 2016, Black Creek is a small farm in Picayune, MS raising pork, beef, chicken, and sometimes turkeys! After serving in the U.S. Navy, Mike and his wife retired to Mississippi to start their own farm after feeling frustrated by the lack of transparency in the meat industry. With 75 cattle and over 60 Hereford hogs, Black Creek Farms will be bringing GMO and antibiotic-free, pasture-raised, grass-fed beef and pork products, including various steaks and roasts, naturally cured bacon (both pork and beef), MSG-free sausages, and occasionally whole chicken. You can find them weekly at the Tuesday Uptown Market or every other Sunday at the City Park Market.
