Radishes are all over the market this time of year! Serve them raw, pickle them, julienne them, roast them, or make tacos and top them with radishes! The opportunities are endless with this nutritious root vegetable.

Hillel’s Kitchen

A good friend from Hillel’s Kitchen, Raj, will be on Food Network's Chopped Junior this Tuesday! At only 10 years old, Raj has trained alongside Hillel Kitchen chef Harveen for years. Turn on the Food Network show on Tuesday, January 24th at 7pm and root for Raj!

Casa Borrega is back at it as the Green Plate Special this week. Tacos and tostadas work for breakfast and lunch! Taste their creations at the Tuesday market from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
