Louisiana strawberries are a sweet and healthy treat. For the past few weeks, strawberries have been missing from the market due to the recent bad weather. When it is extremely cold or wet the farmers cover the strawberries to offer protection from the elements. Lucky for us the weather has cleared up and strawberries are back! She shared her recipe for Chiles Rellenos (which we think would be a great use of the delicious Progress Millk Barn cheese available at the Tuesday market).
