This weeks’ farmers markets will inspire you to get creative in the kitchen, whether your finding new ways to incorporate crawfish tails into your dinner or deciding what dish to top with eye-catching edible flowers. Pick of the Week:
Share your fava beans!

St. Joseph’s Day came and went. Did you snag a lucky fava bean? Did you eat a lucky fava bean? Have no fear, because a bounty of fava beans can be found at the Tuesday, Wednesday, and Saturday markets. Tag us in your instagram photos so we can see your favorite fava bean creation! @crescentcityfarmersmkt

Tuesday’s Green Plate Special

Tuesday is the last day to taste the exotic flavors of Burma at the farmers market. Our friends at Lahpet have tantalized our pallets with fire-grilled skewers, freshly-shredded papaya salad, and delicate young coconuts each Tuesday of March. Stop by before they’re gone!
